Because of the nature of our products, we do NOT offer refunds or exchanges on electronic files. We will, however, replace damaged/corrupted files. You can log into your customer account (using your purchase email) and re-download your file.
Printed books purchased from third-party outlets such as Amazon must be returned through the place of purchase.
To download your e-books: When you purchase, unless you've used an e-check, you will be able to download after completing payment. If you miss that link, you can log into your account and download them from your purchase history. Click the Log In or My Account link at the top of the page and use the email you registered with. If you have problems with that, use the Contact Us form on our website. Please include the name you used to purchase and the purchasing email address.
